Out of the desire to be as close as possible to our customers and suppliers, we are up to date with all the innovations in the field and we take care to constantly develop and adapt to the requirements and dynamics of the market in which we operate. That is why we actively participate in fairs, exhibitions but also in the trainings organized periodically in the field together with our suppliers.

As the official distributor of Capsugel in Romania, in April 2017 we organized together the first interactive workshop – Capsule Academy - designed especially for specialists working in the field of Business Development, Marketing, R&D, QA and Production within supplement companies, nutritive suplements, vitamins and minerals, herbal products, probiotics, specialty products.

The seminar addressed the following topics:
· The latest trends in the market of nutritional supplements and their consumers at global and European level;
· Production of capsules, quality and conformity assurance as well as the unique characteristics for the development of successful products;
· Innovative product concepts that offer market differentiation and rapid market introduction.

Food safety is an important issue and all companies in the nutritional supplement industry should be responsible for consumer safety and comply with legal provisions on public safety and health, monitoring quality from raw material to finished product.

Cactus Botanics, a key supplier of raw materials to both US and European markets, has a good reputation for quality. It cooperates with NSF International, a professional quality management institute in order to continuously enrich its knowledge about quality control. In May 2013, together with Pharmapedia Chemicals, he organized a one-day seminar in which the following topics were addressed:
· How to analyze and control the quality we buy from the supplier. Speaker: Edward Wyszumiala, Director General of NSF International;
· Frequent quality issues in the nutritional supplement industry and how to deal with these quality disputes. Speaker: Carol Cheow, General Manager of Cactus Botanics;
· Analysis of the Romanian and European nutritional supplements industry. Speaker: Dana Stanciu from Pharmapedia Chemicals, authorized distributor of Cactus Botanics in Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
